Wanda' s 3 Pepper Bean melody Scoopable Toss up

2 tbsp Wanda's sante fe
2 tbsp Wanda's guacomore please
1 can of refried beans(546 ml/ 19.2 fl oz)
1 can of Unico black beans (540 ml)
3 green peppers(red, green, pablamo)
2 fresh cobs of corn
1 whole red onion

Optional: Sauté your peppers for 3 min, it will still give you that crunch to your dish.

Interesting Facts About  Raw Spices

1) A fun fact that can spice up your hair care regimen that will enhance your natural color and shine. 
For dark hair, use 1 tablespoon crumbled sage or 1 sprig chopped fresh rosemary or a mixture of 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon ground cloves; 
For blond hair, use 1 tablespoon chamomile. Pour 1 cup boiling water ov
er the herb and spice mix and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain it  through a coffee filter, and let it cool.  Pour it repeatedly over your hair.

2) If you nick your finger while chopping vegetables for dinner, the old-fashioned  pickling salt use a pinch sprinkle 
some on a  minor cut to stanch the flow of blood.

3) Sage is great for preventing foot odor because it kills the  odour causing bacteria that grow on your feet . Just crumble a leaf or two into your shoes before you  put them on.

4) Want pesky animals away from your plants,  its simple hot peppers.
Combine  with 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper & 2L water. 
Boil the mix for 15-20 minutes, then let it cool. Strain it through cheesecloth, add 1 tablespoon dishwashing liquid, and pour it into a spray bottle. 
​Spray plants  every five days. The spray works best for rabbits and  chipmunk.
